Drawing from over 10,000 coaching conversations and his personal transformation journey, David introduces a revolutionary three-step tool designed to help individuals instantly shift from stress, anxiety, and fear (what he calls “primal states”) into empowered, peaceful, and productive emotional states (“powerful states”).
He explains that all suffering stems not from our circumstances but from the meaning we assign to them—meanings shaped by old, often unconscious, and untrue beliefs. These beliefs—usually formed in childhood—activate emotional responses and distort our perception of reality, reinforcing cycles of limitation and pain.
The core of David’s method is a “living meditation,” a real-time practice of emotional and mental awareness. The three steps are: (1) Notice when you’re in a primal state (i.e., you don’t feel good), (2) Identify the thoughts you’re having, and (3) Acknowledge that if those thoughts don’t feel good, they aren’t true. As a bonus step, you can also ask for “right perception” to invite clarity from a higher intelligence or the universe.
By consistently practicing this, individuals can break the neurological habit of negative thinking, recalibrate their nervous systems, and realign with truth, which naturally leads to peace, joy, and transformation. David emphasizes that transformation doesn’t require effortful hustle—it requires a change in perception. A changed mind truly creates a changed life.
