What if I told you that every challenge you’re experiencing—whether it’s feeling stuck, a lack of clarity, or even chronic health issues—comes down to one thing? It’s all about how you’re translating vibration. This might sound abstract, but by the time you finish reading this, I promise you’ll see it in a whole new light.

Let’s explore what it means to translate vibration and how mastering this can unlock extraordinary possibilities in your life.

Translating the Energy of Reality

Think about this: just as fish were born to swim and birds were designed to fly, you were designed to translate vibration. That’s who you are at your core. But what does that mean? Let’s start with the basics.

Every human being has five primary senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Take your sense of sight, for example. What you’re actually seeing is energy translated into a material experience. Remember learning in science class that everything is made up of atoms? These atoms—the building blocks of matter—are 99.9999999999% space. In fact, the nucleus of an atom is like a basketball sitting in the middle of a football field, and the electrons orbiting it are like tennis balls spinning in the parking lot. The “solid” world you see is really just shimmering energy interpreted by your senses.

Your sense of sight takes this energy and renders it into a cinematic experience of reality. It’s the same with your other senses. When you taste something, your body is interpreting vibrational signals and giving you the sensation of flavor. When you hear music, your ears are translating sound waves into melodies. This is what makes life so rich and vivid—but it also sets the stage for misunderstanding reality.

Here’s the key: every time you experience something through your senses, you’re interpreting vibration. And when this interpretation is out of alignment with reality—when it’s influenced by fear, limiting beliefs, or unresolved trauma—it creates resistance in your life. But understanding how this works opens the door to profound transformation.

The Human Superpower: Creating from Vibration

Here’s where it gets even more interesting. You don’t just interpret vibration; you create with it. Humans have the extraordinary ability to take something intangible, like an idea, and materialize it into the physical world. Think about that for a second. You can take a thought—just a frequency of energy—and, through your actions, turn it into something real. That’s what makes you a powerful creator.

But here’s the catch: when you’re misinterpreting vibration, it creates resistance in your life. This resistance shows up as limitations in your business, your relationships, your health, and even your financial abundance. It’s like having a restriction in your range of motion. Just as a tight shoulder limits how far you can reach, these vibrational restrictions limit what you can create.

Take a moment to reflect on this. Have you ever had an idea, a dream, or a goal, but felt stuck trying to bring it to life? That’s resistance in action. It’s the misalignment between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. When you clear this resistance, you unlock your ability to create effortlessly.

Identifying Resistance: Where It Hides

Resistance shows up in three primary areas of your life: your thoughts and emotions, your body, and your external reality. Let’s break this down.

1. The Psycho-Emotional Plane

This is the realm of your thoughts and feelings. Here’s the deal: anywhere you’re thinking things like, “I’m not good enough,” “I can’t trust people,” or “There’s not enough time,” you’re experiencing vibrational resistance. These thoughts are learned. They’re not inherently true. In fact, the universe doesn’t operate on these ideas. The universe is built for trust, abundance, and possibility.

The distinction I use to help people identify these restrictions is called the two states of being: powerful states and primal states. Powerful states are emotions like joy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and compassion. These feel good and align with the parasympathetic state of your nervous system. Primal states, on the other hand, include stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and anger. These occur when the sympathetic nervous system—your fight-or-flight response—is activated.

The thing is, most people live their lives stuck in these primal states. They’re scrolling through their newsfeeds, comparing themselves to others, and feeling “not enough.” Or they’re staring at a menu at a restaurant, stressed out about whether they can afford the filet mignon. These primal responses are based on improper interpretations of reality.

2. The Physical Body

Let’s talk about your body. Did you know that 90% of major diseases are stress-related? That’s because unresolved trauma and chronic stress accumulate as vibrational misalignment in your body. This shows up as inflammation, autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and other health issues.

A Course in Miracles says, “All disease is a result of unforgiven resentments.” Whether or not you resonate with that exact phrasing, the point is clear: your body holds on to unmetabolized emotions. When you’re thinking unintelligent thoughts—like “I’m not good enough” or “I have to struggle to succeed”—it creates dissonant energy in your system. Over time, this energy materializes as physical dysfunction.

The good news is you can heal. Start by addressing the root causes of these issues. Work through unresolved emotions, adopt habits that regulate your nervous system, and stop obsessing over symptoms. When you stop making your symptoms matter, they often dematerialize on their own.

3. The External Reality

Finally, let’s look at your life. Your external circumstances—your relationships, finances, and career—are direct reflections of your internal world. For example, if you’re constantly worried about money, it’s not just your bank account creating that stress. It’s your long-held beliefs about money, like “Money is hard to make” or “I’ll never have enough.” These beliefs shape your reality.

Here’s what’s fascinating: your external experiences reinforce your beliefs, creating a feedback loop. You think money is hard to make, so you create a reality where money is scarce. Then you react to that reality, reinforcing the belief. Breaking this cycle starts with observing your reactions and questioning the beliefs behind them.

Take another example: relationships. If you believe “I can’t trust people,” you’ll attract situations that confirm that belief. But when you shift the belief, your external reality begins to change. It’s a powerful process once you understand it.

Practical Steps to Realign Your Vibrational Translation

So how do you begin to clear these restrictions? Here are some steps:

  1. Notice Your Emotional States: Are you in a powerful state or a primal state? If you’re feeling stress or anxiety, take a moment to examine the thoughts causing those emotions.
  2. Observe Your Body: Pay attention to physical symptoms. Are they linked to unresolved emotions or stress? Tools like meditation, breathwork, or journaling can help you process these emotions.
  3. Examine Your Reality: Look at your life. Where are you experiencing resistance? What beliefs might be creating those circumstances?
  4. Shift Your Focus: Instead of dwelling on what’s wrong, focus on what’s possible. This simple shift can create powerful momentum.
  5. Cultivate New Beliefs: Use affirmations, visualization, and consistent action to replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones.
  6. Celebrate Progress: Acknowledge even small wins as you begin to clear resistance. Progress builds momentum.

Reclaiming Your Role as a Creator

Here’s what I want you to remember: you are a powerful interpreter and creator of vibration. By aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions, you can transform your life. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. Even small shifts in how you interpret and respond to vibration can lead to profound changes.

You’re not meant to live in a constant state of resistance. You’re meant to thrive, to create, and to experience the fullness of life. And the best part? It all starts with understanding how you translate vibration.

So as you move forward, pay attention. Notice where you’re experiencing restrictions. Use these moments as opportunities for growth and healing. And above all, trust in your ability to create a life that’s aligned with your highest potential.

The Journey Ahead

This process takes time, but it’s worth it. The more you align with your true self, the more freedom and abundance you’ll experience. So be patient with yourself. Be curious. And most importantly, be hopeful. You’re capable of extraordinary things.

Take a moment to reflect. Where in your life do you feel resistance? What steps can you take today to begin shifting your vibration? The answers are within you, waiting to be uncovered. And remember, this journey is one of the most rewarding you’ll ever take. Your life is a masterpiece in progress, and you are the artist.
