Whether you’re in a quiet room with your eyes closed, commuting to work, or exercising, you’re changing your thought patterns just by listening. Embracing Your True Potential

This love is ever-present, both within and around you. From the cells of your body to daily miracles, life is a beautiful gift when you allow it to be.
The universe, or whatever higher power you believe in, has heard your requests. It knows what you want and is doing the heavy lifting. All you need to do is relax. As you listen, your brain and nervous system tune into the vibrations that bring your desires to life. Everything you need—thoughts, ideas, inspiration—is already in existence, waiting for you to align with it.
Living in Joy and Curiosity
The key to creating the life you want isn’t about hard work or figuring everything out. It’s about living in joy, curiosity, and anticipation of a beautiful future. When you focus on joy and curiosity, your present moment transforms into the future you desire.
Scripture teaches us that new wine must be put into new wineskins. Similarly, the life you want cannot come from old ways of thinking. But this doesn’t mean you have to figure out the new ways; you just need to stop engaging in the old ones. By simply listening and shifting your attention to the truth, you begin to materialize your dreams faster.
